Revoscape
Revoscape is an operating system for property maintenance — work orders, vendors, invoices, and proof of work in one place. I came in on contract and now hold equity. I build it end to end: the marketing site, the product itself across web, iOS, and Android, and the systems that grow it.

Property maintenance is chaos held together by phone calls, and the product's pitch is control — so the site performs it. A blueprint world sits under everything; scrolling pulls the mark through the drawings, and the interface assembles itself as you move. The spectacle is the argument.

This is a working product with paying customers, not a brochure. One Next.js codebase ships to web, iOS, and Android through Capacitor, over a multi-tenant Postgres with row-level security on everything. Work orders, vendor dispatch, invoices, and property oversight run through it every day.
It also grows itself: an automated writer researches, drafts, and publishes articles on a schedule, a scoring gate rejects anything that reads like AI filler, and internal links get placed by a system with hard limits — the blog compounds while the team builds.
